设计开发了2组细度、3种混纺比例的棉/大麻/粘胶混纺纱线,并进行了性能测试分析。结果表明:随着粘胶纤维比例的增加,纱线断裂强度、条干、纱疵等各项质量指标均出现了不同程度的下降。而在同等混纺比下,当纱线变细时,其断裂强度略有降低,但纱疵指标则明显恶化,粗细节、棉结几乎出现了数倍的增加,条干均匀度亦明显变差。
設計開髮瞭2組細度、3種混紡比例的棉/大痳/粘膠混紡紗線,併進行瞭性能測試分析。結果錶明:隨著粘膠纖維比例的增加,紗線斷裂彊度、條榦、紗疵等各項質量指標均齣現瞭不同程度的下降。而在同等混紡比下,噹紗線變細時,其斷裂彊度略有降低,但紗疵指標則明顯噁化,粗細節、棉結幾乎齣現瞭數倍的增加,條榦均勻度亦明顯變差。
설계개발료2조세도、3충혼방비례적면/대마/점효혼방사선,병진행료성능측시분석。결과표명:수착점효섬유비례적증가,사선단렬강도、조간、사자등각항질량지표균출현료불동정도적하강。이재동등혼방비하,당사선변세시,기단렬강도략유강저,단사자지표칙명현악화,조세절、면결궤호출현료수배적증가,조간균균도역명현변차。
Cotton /hemp /viscose blended yarns designed with 2 groups of fineness,and 3 kinds of blended ratio were experimented to test the properties.The result showed that with the increase of the proportion of viscose fiber,the fracture strength,evenness,faults and other parameters decreased in some degree.While with the same blending ratio,breaking strength decreased slightly as the yarn be-come thin,but the yarn faults index was worse significantly,the number of thin and sturdy parts and neps almost increased several times.The deterioration problem of evenness was also obvious.
