以华苎5号为材料,干旱胁迫后叶面喷施甜菜碱溶液,以研究该抗旱措施对苎麻生理指标及最终产量的影响。结果表明,进行甜菜碱处理可通过降低苎麻叶片相对电导率变化率和丙二醛(MDA)含量,以及提高叶片可溶性糖含量和生长后期 POD 活性等途径增加苎麻抗旱性,以此提高苎麻产量(鲜茎重和鲜皮重)。本研究将为苎麻抗旱高产栽培提供理论基础,为抗旱机制研究提供重要参考。

이화저5호위재료,간한협박후협면분시첨채감용액,이연구해항한조시대저마생리지표급최종산량적영향。결과표명,진행첨채감처리가통과강저저마협편상대전도솔변화솔화병이철(MDA)함량,이급제고협편가용성당함량화생장후기 POD 활성등도경증가저마항한성,이차제고저마산량(선경중화선피중)。본연구장위저마항한고산재배제공이론기출,위항한궤제연구제공중요삼고。
In this study,the ramie cultivar “Huazhu No.5”was used to study the effect of spra-ying betaine under drought stress.As a result,spraying betaine could improve the drought resistance of ramie,by means of lowering the increasing ratio of relative conductivity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of ramie leaves,as well as enhancing the peroxidase (POD)activity at late growth stage and the soluble sugar content.Finally,the ramie yield,specifically the fresh stem weight and the fresh bast weight,was improved when compared with control.This study will provide a theoretical basis for drought-resistance cultivation of ramie and an important evidence for fundamental study of drought -resistance mechanism.
