目的：通过建立糖尿病牙周炎复合疾病模型，研究慢性牙周炎和糖尿病的关系。方法将8 w 龄雄性 SD 大鼠按照完全随机的方法分为慢性牙周炎组、糖尿病牙周炎组（25只）及对照组（15只）。慢性牙周炎组通过正畸结扎丝＋丝线进行牙周结扎，高糖软饲料喂养的方法建立慢性牙周炎的模型；糖尿病牙周炎组先给予高脂高糖饲料喂养4 w，一次性注射 STZ 40 mg／kg 建立糖尿病动物模型，之后进行正畸结扎丝＋丝线的牙周结扎，建立糖尿病牙周炎动物模型。建模成功后，分别在2、4、6 w 处死大鼠。观察各组 SD 大鼠一般情况、体质量、牙周状况、牙周探诊深度及上颌骨结扎区域牙槽骨的吸收程度。结果（1）糖尿病牙周炎组较慢性牙周炎组早出现牙周炎的临床症状，并且症状更严重。（2）慢性牙周炎组、糖尿病牙周炎组及对照组在牙周结扎2、4、6 w 时3组探诊深度不全相同，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。（3）牙周结扎后2、4、6 w，糖尿病牙周炎组牙槽骨丧失程度重于慢性牙周炎组和对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论（1）高脂高糖饲料喂养 SD 大鼠4 w 后，一次性腹腔注射 STZ40 mg／kg 体质量，可以建立具有2型糖尿病特征的糖尿病动物模型；此基础上进行牙周结扎，可建立糖尿病牙周炎模型。（2）糖尿病会影响牙周指数，糖尿病是牙周炎的危险因素之一。
목적：통과건립당뇨병아주염복합질병모형，연구만성아주염화당뇨병적관계。방법장8 w 령웅성 SD 대서안조완전수궤적방법분위만성아주염조、당뇨병아주염조（25지）급대조조（15지）。만성아주염조통과정기결찰사＋사선진행아주결찰，고당연사료위양적방법건립만성아주염적모형；당뇨병아주염조선급여고지고당사료위양4 w，일차성주사 STZ 40 mg／kg 건립당뇨병동물모형，지후진행정기결찰사＋사선적아주결찰，건립당뇨병아주염동물모형。건모성공후，분별재2、4、6 w 처사대서。관찰각조 SD 대서일반정황、체질량、아주상황、아주탐진심도급상합골결찰구역아조골적흡수정도。결과（1）당뇨병아주염조교만성아주염조조출현아주염적림상증상，병차증상경엄중。（2）만성아주염조、당뇨병아주염조급대조조재아주결찰2、4、6 w 시3조탐진심도불전상동，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05），조간량량비교차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。（3）아주결찰후2、4、6 w，당뇨병아주염조아조골상실정도중우만성아주염조화대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05），조간량량비교차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론（1）고지고당사료위양 SD 대서4 w 후，일차성복강주사 STZ40 mg／kg 체질량，가이건립구유2형당뇨병특정적당뇨병동물모형；차기출상진행아주결찰，가건립당뇨병아주염모형。（2）당뇨병회영향아주지수，당뇨병시아주염적위험인소지일。
Objective To study the relationship between chronic periodontitis and diabetes mellitus by es-tablishing diabetic periodontitis disease dual model.Methods The male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,of which 2 groups were experimental group,experimental group 1 was periodontitis,exper-imental group 2 was diabetic periodontitis,1 group was the blank control group ,25 rats a group on exper-imental group,15 rats a group on the blank control group .The experimental group 1 established chronic periodontitis model by periodontal ligation using orthodontic ligature+silk thread ,and experimental group 2 fed with high fat and high sugar diet for 4 weeks and one-time injection of STZ 40 mg/kg to establish the animal model of diabetic,then did periodontal ligation to establish the diabetic periodontitis animal model. After the success of modeling,the rats were put to death at 2,4,6 weeks respectively.To observe the general condition,body weight,periodontal index,and bone absorption in alveolar bone of maxilla.Results (1 )The experimental group 2 appeared clinical symptoms of periodontitis more quickly than experimental group 1,and more severe.(2)The degree of PD in DM+CP group,CP group and normal group are not all the same,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).(3)The degree of alveo-lar bone loss in DM+CP group,CP group and normal group are not all the same,the difference was sta-tistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion (1)SD rats fed with high fat and high sugar diet for 4 weeks and one-time injection of STZ 40 mg/kg can establish the animal model of diabetes with the characteristics of type 2 diabetes mellitus.On this basis SD rats were carried out periodontal ligation,can establish a model of diabetic periodontitis.(2)Diabetes can affect periodontal index.Diabetes is a risk factor for peri-odontitis.
