目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变中的价值。方法选取2012年1月~2014年1月我院收治的34例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者为观察组,以及同时期收治的34例非糖尿病但下肢血管病变患者为对照组。使用彩色多普勒超声分别对两组患者进行检查,对比分析检查结果。结果观察组足背动脉、胫后动脉远端、胫前动脉近端、腘动脉、股浅动脉、股总动脉等下肢血管出现狭窄、闭塞以及斑块的几率明显高于对照组;且不论是观察组还是对照组,其足背动脉、胫前动脉近端、腘动脉等血管出现狭窄、闭塞以及斑块的几率均高于股浅动脉及股总动脉;观察组下肢血管出现狭窄、闭塞以及斑块的阳性率均显著大于对照组;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论使用彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病伴下肢血管病变患者进行诊断,具有较高的准确率,且彩色多普勒超声诊断操作简单、无创伤,可重复使用,因此该方法值得临床推广应用。
目的:探討綵色多普勒超聲在診斷糖尿病下肢血管病變中的價值。方法選取2012年1月~2014年1月我院收治的34例糖尿病下肢血管病變患者為觀察組,以及同時期收治的34例非糖尿病但下肢血管病變患者為對照組。使用綵色多普勒超聲分彆對兩組患者進行檢查,對比分析檢查結果。結果觀察組足揹動脈、脛後動脈遠耑、脛前動脈近耑、腘動脈、股淺動脈、股總動脈等下肢血管齣現狹窄、閉塞以及斑塊的幾率明顯高于對照組;且不論是觀察組還是對照組,其足揹動脈、脛前動脈近耑、腘動脈等血管齣現狹窄、閉塞以及斑塊的幾率均高于股淺動脈及股總動脈;觀察組下肢血管齣現狹窄、閉塞以及斑塊的暘性率均顯著大于對照組;兩組比較差異有統計學意義(P <0.05)。結論使用綵色多普勒超聲對糖尿病伴下肢血管病變患者進行診斷,具有較高的準確率,且綵色多普勒超聲診斷操作簡單、無創傷,可重複使用,因此該方法值得臨床推廣應用。
목적:탐토채색다보륵초성재진단당뇨병하지혈관병변중적개치。방법선취2012년1월~2014년1월아원수치적34례당뇨병하지혈관병변환자위관찰조,이급동시기수치적34례비당뇨병단하지혈관병변환자위대조조。사용채색다보륵초성분별대량조환자진행검사,대비분석검사결과。결과관찰조족배동맥、경후동맥원단、경전동맥근단、객동맥、고천동맥、고총동맥등하지혈관출현협착、폐새이급반괴적궤솔명현고우대조조;차불론시관찰조환시대조조,기족배동맥、경전동맥근단、객동맥등혈관출현협착、폐새이급반괴적궤솔균고우고천동맥급고총동맥;관찰조하지혈관출현협착、폐새이급반괴적양성솔균현저대우대조조;량조비교차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론사용채색다보륵초성대당뇨병반하지혈관병변환자진행진단,구유교고적준학솔,차채색다보륵초성진단조작간단、무창상,가중복사용,인차해방법치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions in value. Methods 34 cases of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease were selected from 2012 January to 2014 January in our hospital as the observation group, and the same period were treated 34 cases of non diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular disease but as control group. The use of color Doppler ultrasound in the two groups of patients were examined, comparative analysis of test results.Results The observation group of dorsalis pedis artery, posterior tibial artery, anterior tibial artery, proximal popliteal artery, superficial femoral artery, femoral artery of lower extremity vascular stenosis, occlusion and the probability of plaque was significantly higher than the control group; and whether the observation group or control group, the dorsalis pedis artery, anterior tibial artery, popliteal and proximal artery stenosis, occlusion and the probability of plaque was significantly higher than that of the superficial femoral artery and femoral artery; the observation group of lower extremity vascular stenosis, occlusion and the positive rate of plaque was significantly greater than that of the control group; there was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular disease, which has a high accuracy, and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of simple, non-invasive, repeatable use, so this method is worthy of clinical application.
