创新是国家与地方发展的动力之源,发展科技创新型经济,关键在于人才。在云南省“桥头堡”战略背景下,经济发展面临进一步产业转型及结构战略调整,其中科技创新型人才的培养显得尤为重要。本文总结目前云南省科技创新型人才培养的成果与不足,在此基础上,提出科技创新型人才培养目标及对策建议。

Innovation is the source of power in the national and local development, and the talents are the key to develop the innovative science and technology economy. Based on the “bridgehead strategy” of Yunnan province, economic development faces further industry transformation and structure strategic adjustment, including the cultivation of science and technology innovative talents, which is particularly important. This paper summarized the current achievements and deficiencies of science and technology innovative talents training in Yunnan province, and then provided the further training target with related countermeasures and suggestions.
