目的:探讨双排螺旋CT联合X线平片检查诊断腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选取2012年9月~2013年12月我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者45例,所有患者皆进行 X 线平片、双排螺旋 CT 检查。结果 CT 检查显示腰椎间盘突出发生在腰间盘 L3~47例,腰间盘 L4~521例,腰间盘 L5~ S114例。CT 诊断为中央型、旁侧型、椎间孔型、极外侧型与手术诊断的符合率分别为95.45%、92.31%、80.00%、80.00%。X 线平片+ CT 联合检查的准确率为100.00%,明显高于 CT 检查及 X 线平片的93.33%及40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论双排螺旋 CT 联合 X 线平片检查可明显提高腰椎间盘突出症的早期诊断和定性诊断的水平。

목적:탐토쌍배라선CT연합X선평편검사진단요추간반돌출증적효과。방법선취2012년9월~2013년12월아원수치적요추간반돌출증환자45례,소유환자개진행 X 선평편、쌍배라선 CT 검사。결과 CT 검사현시요추간반돌출발생재요간반 L3~47례,요간반 L4~521례,요간반 L5~ S114례。CT 진단위중앙형、방측형、추간공형、겁외측형여수술진단적부합솔분별위95.45%、92.31%、80.00%、80.00%。X 선평편+ CT 연합검사적준학솔위100.00%,명현고우 CT 검사급 X 선평편적93.33%급40.00%,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론쌍배라선 CT 연합 X 선평편검사가명현제고요추간반돌출증적조기진단화정성진단적수평。
Objective To explore the effect of dual-slice spiral CT combined with X-ray examination in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 45 patients of lumbar disc herniation from 2012 September to 2013 December in our hospital were collected, all patients were performed X-ray and dual-slice spiral CT scan. Results CT scan found that there were 7 cases with lumbar disc herniation occur in the L3-4, 21 cases in the L4-5, 14 cases in the L5-S1. The diagnosis coincidence rate of CT diagnosis of central type, lateral type, foraminal, extreme lateral type and surgical was 95.45%, 92.31%, 80.00%, 80.00%. The accuracy rate of X-ray and CT combined examination was 100.00%, significantly higher than 93.33% of CT examination and 40.00% of X-ray films, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Dual-slice spiral CT combined with X-ray examination may improve the early diagnosis and qualitative diagnosis level of lumbar disc herniation.
