目的：探讨预见性护理思维在抢救中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1～12月应用预见性护理思维护理救护患者100例为观察组，2012年1～12月接受常规救护患者100例为对照组，观察两组护理效果。结果观察组得到抢救平均时间为（2.6±0.8）min，对照组为（3.7±0.9）min，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.01）；观察组患者抢救成功率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者护患矛盾发生率、医患纠纷发生率、并发症发生率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者满意度为97.0％（97/100），对照组为86.0％（86/100），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.01）。结论预见性护理在抢救中能明显提高护理服务质量水平，能为患者提供优质护理服务。

Objective To explore the effect of application of predictive nursing thinking in emergency rescue. Methods 100 patients who received predictive nursing thinking from January to December 2013 were selected as observation group. 100 patients who received conventional nursing care from January to December 2012 were selected as control group. The effect of nursing care were observed. Results The mean rescue time in observation group was (2.6±0.8) min,and that in control group was (3.7±0.9) min. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). The rate of successful rescue in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The rate of nurse-patient disputes, patient-hospital disputes, incidence of complications and satisfactory degree were all lower than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfactory degree was 97.0% (97/100) with 86.0% (86/100) in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion Predictive nursing can significantly improve nursing quality in rescue and can provide patients with high-quality nursing care.
