目的：探讨五苓散治疗脾虚痰湿型单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法选取2013年7月～2014年5月本院就诊的脾虚痰湿型单纯性肥胖症患者65例，随机分为观察组33例及对照组32例。对照组采用减肥饮食运动处方，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予五苓散汤剂。对两组临床疗效，体重、腰围、臀围、BMI 及血脂变化进行比较。结果观察组的总有效率为93.02％，明显高于对照组的75.00％（P ＜0.05）。观察组治疗前后体重、腰围、臀围、BMI 比较，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗后观察组患者的体重、腰围、臀围、BMI 明显低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。总胆固醇及甘油三酯两组患者治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的甘油三酯明显低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。而治疗后两组 TC、LDL-C、HDL-C 比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论五苓散治疗脾虚痰湿型单纯性肥胖症临床疗效显著，可明显降低患者的体重、腰围、臀围、BMI 及甘油三酯。
목적：탐토오령산치료비허담습형단순성비반증적림상료효。방법선취2013년7월～2014년5월본원취진적비허담습형단순성비반증환자65례，수궤분위관찰조33례급대조조32례。대조조채용감비음식운동처방，치료조재대조조적기출상급여오령산탕제。대량조림상료효，체중、요위、둔위、BMI 급혈지변화진행비교。결과관찰조적총유효솔위93.02％，명현고우대조조적75.00％（P ＜0.05）。관찰조치료전후체중、요위、둔위、BMI 비교，차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；치료후관찰조환자적체중、요위、둔위、BMI 명현저우대조조（P ＜0.05）。총담고순급감유삼지량조환자치료전후비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；관찰조치료후적감유삼지명현저우대조조（P ＜0.05）。이치료후량조 TC、LDL-C、HDL-C 비교，차이무통계학의의（P ＞0.05）。결론오령산치료비허담습형단순성비반증림상료효현저，가명현강저환자적체중、요위、둔위、BMI 급감유삼지。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of simple obesity of spleen deficiency and phlegm damp type by Wuling powder. Methods 65 cases of simple obesity of spleen deficiency and phlegm damp type patients from July 2013 to May 2014 were randomly selected in our hospital, randomly divided into the observation group of 33 cases and control group of 32 cases. The control group used diet exercise prescription, the treatment group was given the decoction of Wuling powder based on the control group. The clinical efficacy, body weight, waist and hip circumference, BMI and blood lipid changes of the two groups were all observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.02 % , significantly higher than 75.00 % of the control group(P < 0.05). The difference was statistically significant in body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, BMI of the treatment group between before and after treatment(P < 0.05); after the treatment, body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, BMI of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Comparison of total cholesterol and triglyceride before and after treatment in the patients of two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the triglyceride level of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05). And there was no significant difference in the total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol after treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Wuling powder in the treatment of simple obesity of spleen deficiency and phlegm damp type has significant clinical curative effect, can significantly reduce the body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, BMI and triglyceride in patients.
