在我国实行住院医师规范化培训以来,生源的单位人属性,在培训实施过程中,对住院医师准入、培养、管理及医院的人力资源建设方面造成了一定的困难与矛盾,文章对这些困难和矛盾做一梳理,探讨了规范化培训生源由单位人向社会人转型的必要性及可行性。
在我國實行住院醫師規範化培訓以來,生源的單位人屬性,在培訓實施過程中,對住院醫師準入、培養、管理及醫院的人力資源建設方麵造成瞭一定的睏難與矛盾,文章對這些睏難和矛盾做一梳理,探討瞭規範化培訓生源由單位人嚮社會人轉型的必要性及可行性。

Since the implementation of residents' training program in China, many conflicts and problems occurred in the residents' admittance, training, management and human recourses establishment of hospital due to the unit individual identity of residents' source. The article is trying to discuss the necessity and feasibility of the transition of residents' source from unit individual to social individual in the residents' standardized training system.
