Modern Service Industry%Superiority Effect in Employment%Regional Difference%Spatial Shift -share Model
对中国现代服务业就业优势效应的区域差异性进行实证分析。结果表明,中国现代服务业就业优势效应的区域差异较大,其中东部沿海地区优势效应最强,中部地区优势效应最弱。另外,不同现代服务行业的就业优势区域差异性状况各异:一是与全行业的平均就业水平相比,各行业的就业优势状况不同;二是各行业在空间上的集中发展表现出不同的就业外部效应;三是各行业的就业空间竞争优势区域不同,且按竞争优势来源可将现代服务行业分为两种类型。

대중국현대복무업취업우세효응적구역차이성진행실증분석。결과표명,중국현대복무업취업우세효응적구역차이교대,기중동부연해지구우세효응최강,중부지구우세효응최약。령외,불동현대복무행업적취업우세구역차이성상황각이:일시여전행업적평균취업수평상비,각행업적취업우세상황불동;이시각행업재공간상적집중발전표현출불동적취업외부효응;삼시각행업적취업공간경쟁우세구역불동,차안경쟁우세래원가장현대복무행업분위량충류형。
This paper used the Spatial model of shift -share analysis to analyze the regional difference of superiority effect in employment of the modern service sector in China.The empirical results show that each areas’superiority effect in em-ployment of modern service sector are quite different,where the eastern coastal areas have the strongest effects,and the central region have the weakest effect.In addition,the sub -sectors results showed the regional differences in employment conditions vary in different modern service industries:every modern service industry’s condition of employment superiority effect is different,various modern service industries in space focused on the development showed different employment ex-ternal effects,various modern service industry have employment competitive advantages in different area and the modern service industry can be divided into two types by source of competitive advantage.
