针对药芯焊丝层绕盘夹紧效率低的问题,提出了具有层绕盘定位、侧向夹紧、跟随层绕盘从动旋转,以及安全预防和自动报警四个功能的新型焊丝层绕盘自动夹紧机构,通过对机构的结构和气动系统进行设计,实现了层绕盘的高效自动夹紧。批量化的生产实践证明,新型机构较常规机构的单次夹紧时间减少约90%,降低了劳动强度,大幅度提高了生产效率和设备的自动化程度。
針對藥芯銲絲層繞盤夾緊效率低的問題,提齣瞭具有層繞盤定位、側嚮夾緊、跟隨層繞盤從動鏇轉,以及安全預防和自動報警四箇功能的新型銲絲層繞盤自動夾緊機構,通過對機構的結構和氣動繫統進行設計,實現瞭層繞盤的高效自動夾緊。批量化的生產實踐證明,新型機構較常規機構的單次夾緊時間減少約90%,降低瞭勞動彊度,大幅度提高瞭生產效率和設備的自動化程度。

In view of the low efficiency of clamping mechanism of the flux-cored wire winding plate ,puts forward a new type of au-tomatic clamping mechanism ,including the following functions:location for welding wire winding plate ,clamping in lateral direc-tion,passive rotation following winding plate ,safety prevention and automatic alarm .Through the design of mechanism and pneu-matic system,implements the high-effectively automatic clamping .The results of mass production indicated that the new type mechanism reduced the consuming time of single clamping by 90 percent,as well as decreased the labor intensity and improved the production efficiency and degree of automation for welding wire winding machine substantially .
