“一带一路”战略为中国梦的实现拓展了经济发展新空间，营造了良好的国际大环境，优化了我国对外开放的大格局，构筑起更加坚固的国家安全大屏障。这一战略具有和谐性、超越性、包容性、现实性四大特征。在推进“一带一路”战略中，必须发挥现有国际组织的积极作用，尊重照顾参与国的国家利益，切实加强交通及基础设施的互联互通，加强与沿线国家之间的政策协调和沟通，并通过人文桥梁促进与沿线国家的民间交流。

"One belt and one road"strategy expands new space for economic development, creates more favorable international environments, optimizes the great structure of opening to the outside world and builds up a stronger barrier of national security, thus achieving the Chinese dream. This strategy has four major features:harmony, tran?scendence, inclusiveness and reality. In the promotion of"one belt and one road"strategy, we must exercise the existing international organizations′initiation , take an active role, respect and take care of the interests of the par?ticipating countries, strengthen the transportation and infrastructure interconnectivity, strengthen the coordination and communication on policy between countries along the line, and through the humanistic bridge promote the non-governmental exchanges along the road.
