通过对比分析不同工装夹具对铝合金车轮轮辋机加工后端径跳值影响的实验,得知工装夹具的结构在很大程度上影响着车轮轮辋的端径跳值,特别是对径跳值的影响尤为明显;同时,分析了工装夹具夹紧变形对车轮轮辋端径跳值的影响原理,提出了铝合金车轮轮辋端径跳值控制的一般方法。
通過對比分析不同工裝夾具對鋁閤金車輪輪輞機加工後耑徑跳值影響的實驗,得知工裝夾具的結構在很大程度上影響著車輪輪輞的耑徑跳值,特彆是對徑跳值的影響尤為明顯;同時,分析瞭工裝夾具夾緊變形對車輪輪輞耑徑跳值的影響原理,提齣瞭鋁閤金車輪輪輞耑徑跳值控製的一般方法。

The contrastive experiments about the circular and end runout during the aluminium wheels machining are conducted by using different jig and fixture ,the conclusion is confirmed that the different fixture will obviously reduce the circular and end runout,especially the improvement of circular runout is better than the end runout .At the same time the circular and end runout as a function of the deformation by jigs and fixtures is discussed ,the general methods about the circular and end runout control of the aluminium wheels is presented .
