针对某柴油机连杆小头衬套松脱问题，提出2种连杆小头结构改进方案，分别从安装状态的衬套背压、工作状态的衬套滑移以及小头内孔变形三方面研究关键参数及敏感区域对结构刚度的影响。结果表明：增加衬套壁厚、增大连杆小头支撑刚度可有效增大衬套背压，减小内孔变形，降低衬套由切向力所导致的滑动风险。
침대모시유궤련간소두츤투송탈문제，제출2충련간소두결구개진방안，분별종안장상태적츤투배압、공작상태적츤투활이이급소두내공변형삼방면연구관건삼수급민감구역대결구강도적영향。결과표명：증가츤투벽후、증대련간소두지탱강도가유효증대츤투배압，감소내공변형，강저츤투유절향력소도치적활동풍험。
For the loose problems of the connecting rod small end bushing ,two modified structures were proposed .The influ‐ences of critical parameters and sensitive areas on structural stiffness were evaluated in terms of bushing back pressure under assembling state and sliding and bore deformation in operational condition .The results showed that the increase of bushing thickness and small end supporting stiffness can increase bushing back pressure and decrease the bore deformation and reduce the risk of tangential sliding .
