运动模糊度是表征 LCD显示器质量的重要指标。目前,国内针对 LCD运动图像显示性能的检测大多采用人眼视觉检测的方法,而人工检测结果是检测人员的主观判断,易受外界环境和自身心理因素的影响,不利于生产的统一化、标准化。本文采用图像质量评价的思路,提出了一种基于区域对比度和结构相似度(RCSSIM)算法的 LCD运动模糊检测方法。参考 LCD显示的静止图像,对采集到的运动图像进行图像质量评价得到运动图像的清晰度,以此作为 LCD显示器运动模糊程度的指标。仿直和实际检测结果均表明,该方法提出的检测指标不但能很好地量化 LCD运动模糊度,且与人的主观感知相符。

The degree of motion blur is one of the important indices for the display quality of LCD.At present,the human vision detecting method is mostly used in domestic area of LCD moving picture display performance detection.But,the result of human vision detection is obviously affected by the subj ective j udgment of the inspectors,and easily interfered by the external environment and self-men-tal factors,which is not conducive to the unification and standardization of production.Referring to the idea of image quality assessment (IQA),a new LCD motion blur detecting method is proposed in this paper based on Regional Contrastand Structural Similarity (RCSSIM)algorithm.Using the static image as reference,the definition metric of LCD motion blurred image can be obtained by evaluating the quality of it acquired on LCD to indicate the performance of LCD moving picture displaying.The results of the simulations and actual experiments show that the proposed detecting metric can not only quantify the LCD’s motion blur degree well,but also match the human’s subj ective perception.
