本研究对国内中药领域申请人向国外提交的中药专利申请进行了统计分析，并对主要数据进行了详细分析，包括历年申请分布、主要的申请者、技术领域等。结果表明，国内主要申请人为了能够在国际中药市场赢得一席，已经积极地开展中药专利的海外布局，并在国外部分国家获得专利保护，但在中药专利申请的数量和策略方面需要加强。
본연구대국내중약영역신청인향국외제교적중약전리신청진행료통계분석，병대주요수거진행료상세분석，포괄력년신청분포、주요적신청자、기술영역등。결과표명，국내주요신청인위료능구재국제중약시장영득일석，이경적겁지개전중약전리적해외포국，병재국외부분국가획득전리보호，단재중약전리신청적수량화책략방면수요가강。
In this paper, a statistical analysis of domestic patent applicants to foreign in the field of traditional Chinese medicine was provided, and a detailed analysis of key data was carried out, which including the distribution of the calendar application, the main applicants, and application field. The results show that to win a seat for the international medicine market the major domestic applicants in traditional Chinese medicine has been actively engaged in overseas patent layout, and obtain patent protection in some foreign countries, but the number of patent applications and strategies needs to be strengthened.
