目的：评价泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪道 U 形置管治疗小泪囊泪囊炎的临床疗效，探讨其临床适用性。方法选择从2011年6月～2013年6月于我院就诊的64例小泪囊泪囊炎患者，随机分为试验组32例和对照组32例，对照组给予泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗小泪囊泪囊炎，试验组则采用泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪道 U 形置管来治疗小泪囊泪囊炎。观察两组患者的治疗有效情况和不良反应情况。结果两组患者术后症状均显著缓解，其中试验组患者的治疗有效率为95.24%，而对照组患者的治疗有效率为77.50%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x2=5.5499,P=0.035），试验组患者术后3～6d 取管，冲洗泪道通畅率100.00%，未发现其他明显不良反应。两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论泪囊鼻腔吻合术联合泪道 U 形置管在治疗小泪囊泪囊炎时安全，有效，适合临床长期推广应用。
목적：평개루낭비강문합술연합루도 U 형치관치료소루낭루낭염적림상료효，탐토기림상괄용성。방법선택종2011년6월～2013년6월우아원취진적64례소루낭루낭염환자，수궤분위시험조32례화대조조32례，대조조급여루낭비강문합술치료소루낭루낭염，시험조칙채용루낭비강문합술연합루도 U 형치관래치료소루낭루낭염。관찰량조환자적치료유효정황화불량반응정황。결과량조환자술후증상균현저완해，기중시험조환자적치료유효솔위95.24%，이대조조환자적치료유효솔위77.50%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（x2=5.5499,P=0.035），시험조환자술후3～6d 취관，충세루도통창솔100.00%，미발현기타명현불량반응。량조환자불량반응발생솔차이무통계학의의（P ＞0.05）。결론루낭비강문합술연합루도 U 형치관재치료소루낭루낭염시안전，유효，괄합림상장기추엄응용。
Objective To analyze the effect of dacryocystorhinostomy joint U-shaped lacrimal tube in the treatment of small sac dacryocystitis,and to explore their clinical applicability. Methods 64 cases of patients with small sac dacryocystitis were selected from June 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital,and they were simple randomly divided into the experimental group of 32 cases and the control group of 32 patients,the control group were given the treatment of dacryocystorhinostomy,while the test group were used dacryocystorhinostomy joint lacrimal U-shaped catheter to treat. Observed the effective treatment. Results Postoperative symptoms were significantly reduced,the treatment response rate of the experimental group was 95.24%,while the control group was 77.50%,the difference was statistically significant (x2=5.5499,P =0.035),after 3-6 days to take the tube,the lacrimal duct patency rate of the test group patients was 100%,and no other significant adverse reactions.The adverse rate of two groups were the same(P >0.05). Conclusion Dacryocystorhinostomy joint lacrimal U-shaped tube in the treatment of small sac dacryocystitis is safe and effective,is suitable for long-term clinical application.
