假病毒是一种整合其他病毒囊膜糖蛋白所形成的具有外源性病毒囊膜、而自身基因组仍保持着源病毒基因组特性的一类病毒。假病毒因丧失了病毒的自我复制能力，具有安全性高等优点，已被广泛用于包括HIV、H5N1、HCV等病毒的研究。本文介绍了基于假病毒技术进行研究的优势及局限性，还通过总结大量研究成果阐明了利用假病毒技术进行药物筛选的可行性与有效性。假病毒药物筛选平台作为一种新型、安全、可靠的实验手段，将为抗病毒药物的研究做出更多的贡献。

Due to the loss of its ability to self-replicate and high safety, pseudoviruses are widely used as safe substitutes for infectious virus in virology studies, such as HIV, H5N1 and HCV Here we will introduce the advantages and limitations of pseudoviruses, and through summarizing a large number of research achievements, we prove pseudoviruses are feasible and effective as an antiviral drug screening platform. The platform is safe and reliable and it will make more contribution in antiviral drug research.
