目的：研究分析70例甲沟炎、嵌甲症、甲下积脓等患者拔甲术后行甲床修复手术的临床效果。方法：本组全部选择2014年1月至10月共70例因患有甲沟炎、嵌甲症、甲下积脓等患者行拔甲术，20天后再次行甲床修复手术，追踪随访患者，通过换药观察患者切口愈合情况，并连续随访至患者切口愈合后三月，总结其临床经验及疗效，并总结该术式优缺点加以推广。结果：70例均治愈，无一例复发，术后感染1例，出血1例。结论：甲床修复手术使用于各类甲床、甲体、甲沟病变拔甲术后，术后并发症少，无明显复发，患者痛苦明显减少，适合推广应用。

목적：연구분석70례갑구염、감갑증、갑하적농등환자발갑술후행갑상수복수술적림상효과。방법：본조전부선택2014년1월지10월공70례인환유갑구염、감갑증、갑하적농등환자행발갑술，20천후재차행갑상수복수술，추종수방환자，통과환약관찰환자절구유합정황，병련속수방지환자절구유합후삼월，총결기림상경험급료효，병총결해술식우결점가이추엄。결과：70례균치유，무일례복발，술후감염1례，출혈1례。결론：갑상수복수술사용우각류갑상、갑체、갑구병변발갑술후，술후병발증소，무명현복발，환자통고명현감소，괄합추엄응용。
Objective:To study the clinical ef ect analysis of 70 cases of paronychia,ingrown toenail,subungual empyema patients underwent nail nail bed repair operation.Methods:the group of al 2014 January to October a total of 70 patients with paronychia,ingrown toenail,subungual empyema were treated with extraction of nail,nail bed repair line again 20 days after operation,patients were fol owed up,through the observation of incision healing dressing,and fol ow -up to patients incision healing after March,summary the clinical ef icacy and experience, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of extended operation.Results:70 cases were cured,no recurrence,1 cases of postoperative infection,bleeding in 1 cases.Conclusion:the nail bed repair operation used in various types of nail bed,a body,a nail lesions after operation,less postoperative complications,no recurrence,pain of the patients decreased significantly, which is suitable for popularization and application.
