目的:研究氦氖激光治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效与护理方法。方法选取我院2012年8月~2014年8月收治的112例脑梗死患者的临床资料,根据数字随机分组法原则,将患者分为两组,每组各56例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用氦氖激光治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效与血液流变学指标改善情况。结果(1)观察组中有54例患者治疗有效,总有效率为96.43%,对照组中有49例患者治疗有效,总有效率为87.50%。观察组治疗有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)观察组的甘油三酯、红细胞积压、血浆黏度、总胆固醇改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论氦氖激光技术与常规药物治疗联合使用可应用于脑梗死疾病的治疗中,便于取得更好的疗效,且操作简单,不存在副作用,值得临床推广应用。

목적:연구양내격광치료뇌경사환자적림상료효여호리방법。방법선취아원2012년8월~2014년8월수치적112례뇌경사환자적림상자료,근거수자수궤분조법원칙,장환자분위량조,매조각56례。대조조채용상규치료,관찰조재상규치료기출상채용양내격광치료,대비량조환자적림상료효여혈액류변학지표개선정황。결과(1)관찰조중유54례환자치료유효,총유효솔위96.43%,대조조중유49례환자치료유효,총유효솔위87.50%。관찰조치료유효솔우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。(2)관찰조적감유삼지、홍세포적압、혈장점도、총담고순개선정황우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론양내격광기술여상규약물치료연합사용가응용우뇌경사질병적치료중,편우취득경호적료효,차조작간단,불존재부작용,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of he-ne laser therapy in patients with cerebral infarction and nursing methods. Methods Select our hospital in August 2012 to August 2014, the clinical data of 112 patients with cerebral infarction were treated, according to the principle of digital random grouping, divided the patients into two groups, each group of 56 cases. Control group using conventional treatment, observation group on the basis of conventional treatment with he-ne laser treatment, compared two groups of patients with the clinical curative effect and improve hemorheology indexes. Results (1) In the observation group 54 patients with effective treatment, the total effective rate was 96.43%, the control group of 49 patients with effective treatment, the total effective rate was 87.50%.Efficient observation treatment group is better than that of control group,compared with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(2) The observation group of triglycerides, backlog of red blood cells, blood plasma viscosity, total cholesterol to improve the situation is better than that of control group, compared with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion He-ne laser technology and used in combination with conventional drug treatment can be applied to the treatment of cerebral infarction disease, obtains the good curative effect, easy to obtain a better curative effect, and simple operation, no side effects, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
