目的客观评价先天性鼻泪管阻塞治疗相关因素对治疗效果的影响。方法回顾分析132例（149眼）在广州市妇女儿童医疗中心诊断为先天性鼻泪管阻塞并经过治疗的的患儿的病史资料，包括患儿的性别、首诊年龄、眼别、分娩方式、孕周，有否遵医嘱进行按摩，并用 x2检验及 Logistic 回归进行统计学分析。结果不同性别、首诊年龄、眼别及分娩方式 CNLDO 患儿治疗效果比较差异无显著性，不同孕周及有否遵医嘱按摩患儿治疗效果比较差异有显著性；Longsitic回归分析结果：不同孕周被纳入CNLDO治疗高危因素。结论早产是先天性鼻泪管阻塞治疗效果的高危因素之一，遵医嘱按摩对足月儿 CNLDO 治疗有效，而不同性别、首诊年龄、眼别及分娩方式与治疗效果无明显相关。
목적객관평개선천성비루관조새치료상관인소대치료효과적영향。방법회고분석132례（149안）재엄주시부녀인동의료중심진단위선천성비루관조새병경과치료적적환인적병사자료，포괄환인적성별、수진년령、안별、분면방식、잉주，유부준의촉진행안마，병용 x2검험급 Logistic 회귀진행통계학분석。결과불동성별、수진년령、안별급분면방식 CNLDO 환인치료효과비교차이무현저성，불동잉주급유부준의촉안마환인치료효과비교차이유현저성；Longsitic회귀분석결과：불동잉주피납입CNLDO치료고위인소。결론조산시선천성비루관조새치료효과적고위인소지일，준의촉안마대족월인 CNLDO 치료유효，이불동성별、수진년령、안별급분면방식여치료효과무명현상관。
Objective To evaluate the effects of related factors on the results of treatment of congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction(CNLDO). Methods 132 patients(149 eyes)suffered CNLDO that diagnosed in Guangzhou woman and children's medical center were analyzed in our study.Gender,the age that first time to hospital for CNLDO,eye gender,mode of delivery,gestational age and whether prescribed massage were included in the research.Chi square test and Logistic regression were used to analyse how these factors effect the results of the treatments. Results The results of treatment of CNLDO have no significant defferenc amang different gender,age of first diagnosis,eye gender and mode of delivery patients.While there are significant differences between different gestational age and whether children be pressed followed the direction of doctor.Longsitic regression analysis reveal that different gestational age is included in risk factor of bad CNLDO treatment. Conclusion Preterm birth is one of the risk factors for congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction treatment effects. Pressing is effective on full-term children with CNLDO.But different gender,the age of first diagnosed,the eye gender and mode of delivery have no effects on treatment of CNLDO.
