目的：探讨 COPD 稳定期患者采用中西医结合方法治疗后对肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法选择2013年3月～2014年11月我院收治的 COPD 稳定期患者122例，将所有患者分为观察组和对照组，每组61例，对照组采用西药治疗（沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂），观察组采用中西医结合的方法治疗（沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂联合补肺活血胶囊治疗），比较两组治疗前后肺功能、中医证候总积分、生活质量。结果观察组和对照组治疗后 FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1占预计值（%）均明显高于治疗前，观察组治疗后肺功能指标均高于同期对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组治疗后中医证候总积分及 SGRQ 评分均明显低于治疗前，观察组治疗后各分数均明显低于同期对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论COPD 稳定期患者采用中西医结合的方法治疗疗效确切，能有效改善 COPD 稳定期患者的肺功能，缓解临床症状体征，提升患者的生活质量，可作为一种良好的治疗方法在临床推广应用。
목적：탐토 COPD 은정기환자채용중서의결합방법치료후대폐공능급생활질량적영향。방법선택2013년3월～2014년11월아원수치적 COPD 은정기환자122례，장소유환자분위관찰조화대조조，매조61례，대조조채용서약치료（사미특라체잡송분흡입제），관찰조채용중서의결합적방법치료（사미특라체잡송분흡입제연합보폐활혈효낭치료），비교량조치료전후폐공능、중의증후총적분、생활질량。결과관찰조화대조조치료후 FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1점예계치（%）균명현고우치료전，관찰조치료후폐공능지표균고우동기대조조，량조차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。량조치료후중의증후총적분급 SGRQ 평분균명현저우치료전，관찰조치료후각분수균명현저우동기대조조，량조차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론COPD 은정기환자채용중서의결합적방법치료료효학절，능유효개선 COPD 은정기환자적폐공능，완해림상증상체정，제승환자적생활질량，가작위일충량호적치료방법재림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the influence of lung function and quality of life of stable COPD patients treated with Integrative Medicine. Methods 122 cases of stable COPD were selected from March 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital. All the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 61 cases in each group. The control group were treated with western medicine (salmeterol and fluticasone propionate inhalation powder), while the observation group used integrative medicine (salmeterol and fluticasone propionate inhalation powder capsules promoting blood circulation and lungs combined treatment). The lung function, symptom scores, quality of life of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results FVC, FEV1, FEV1 / FVC, FEV1%predicted values (%) of the observation group and the control group after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment. The pulmonary function of the observation group after treatment was higher than the control group on the same period. The difference was significant (P < 0.05). TCM syndrome score and SGRQ total score of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment. Each fraction score of the observation group after treatment were statistically significantly lower than the control group on the same period, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Stable COPD patients treated with integrative method is effective, can effectively improve lung function, relieve clinical signs and symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients. It can be used as a good method of treatment in clinical application.
