为保证螺纹插装式油路板加工质量的可靠性,设计油路板试验台。试验台由数据采集控制系统和液压系统两部分组成。通过研究油路板单向阀泄漏量对压力损失和马达转速的影响规律,并对液控单向阀反向泄漏量分别进行自动和手动测试,验证了试验台测试结果的有效性和准确性,这为评估全液压钻机关键零部件加工质量、优化钻机液压系统设计提供了参考依据。
為保證螺紋插裝式油路闆加工質量的可靠性,設計油路闆試驗檯。試驗檯由數據採集控製繫統和液壓繫統兩部分組成。通過研究油路闆單嚮閥洩漏量對壓力損失和馬達轉速的影響規律,併對液控單嚮閥反嚮洩漏量分彆進行自動和手動測試,驗證瞭試驗檯測試結果的有效性和準確性,這為評估全液壓鑽機關鍵零部件加工質量、優化鑽機液壓繫統設計提供瞭參攷依據。

Circuit board test bench has been created to ensure the reliability of threaded cartridge type circuit board processing quality. This one is composed of two sections: data acquisition system and hydraulic control system. Through the research of the circuit plate check valve leakage effect influence law on the pressure loss and the rota-tional speed of the motor, and with comparison of hydraulic control one-way valve reverse leakage automatic test and manual test results, the validity of the test results and the accuracy was confirmed. It provides a reference for evaluation of full hydraulic drilling rig key parts processing quality and optimization design of hydraulic system.
