设计了基于ZigBee无线传感网络技术的油田井场数据采集与通信系统,进行了传感器接口、电源电路及无线通信等模块的硬件设计与选型,开发了系统软件。构建了现场局域网及广域网两级网络通信结构。经现场实际应用证明井场数据采集和传输简便、可靠、高效,设备功耗降低,实现了井场工况监测系统低成本运行。
設計瞭基于ZigBee無線傳感網絡技術的油田井場數據採集與通信繫統,進行瞭傳感器接口、電源電路及無線通信等模塊的硬件設計與選型,開髮瞭繫統軟件。構建瞭現場跼域網及廣域網兩級網絡通信結構。經現場實際應用證明井場數據採集和傳輸簡便、可靠、高效,設備功耗降低,實現瞭井場工況鑑測繫統低成本運行。

The data acquisition and communication system of oilfield well site based on ZigBee wireless sensor network technology is designed. The module hardware design and type selection of sensor interface, power supply circuit and wireless communication are carried out, and the system software is also developed. The two-level network communication structure of LAN and WAN is built. The actual application proves that the data acquisition and transmission on well site is simple, reliable and efficient, as well as the power consumption of equipment is greatly reduced. The low cost operation of condition monitoring system in well site can be realized.
