    In the current outsourcing 3.0 Era background,intellectual property (IP)has become a key element to build and enhance competitive advantage of outsourcing enterprises.This paper firstly studies the particularity and complexity of IP in outsourcing industry and the importance of IP for outsourcing enterprises.Then the IP -Led growth of outsourcing in-dustry in India,as well as the IP management current situation of and development environment of China's outsourcing en-terprises were studied.Finally,IP management strategies for outsourcing enterprise were given from four aspects.
