目的：探讨精细化流程管理在手术室中的应用效果。方法：将400例手术患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各200例，对照组患者住院期间实施常规化管理，观察组住院期间采用精细化流程管理。比较两组患者满意程度、护理质量及手术效果。结果：观察组患者满意率、护理质量及手术效果均优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（ P <0.05）。结论：将精细化流程管理用于手术室中，可明显提高手术患者满意度，提高护士综合素质，从而提高手术室护理质量，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토정세화류정관리재수술실중적응용효과。방법：장400례수술환자안조수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조각200례，대조조환자주원기간실시상규화관리，관찰조주원기간채용정세화류정관리。비교량조환자만의정도、호리질량급수술효과。결과：관찰조환자만의솔、호리질량급수술효과균우우대조조，량조비교차이균유통계학의의（ P <0.05）。결론：장정세화류정관리용우수술실중，가명현제고수술환자만의도，제고호사종합소질，종이제고수술실호리질량，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the application of the refinement process management in the operation room. Methods:400 surgical patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(200 cases in each group). The routine man-agement for the patients during hospitalization was implemented in the control group;the refinement process management was provided for the patients during hospitalization in the observation group. The satisfaction rate of the patients,nursing quality and the effect of operation were compared between the two groups. Results:The satisfaction rate of the patients,nursing quality and the effect of operation were better in the observation group than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of the refinement process management in the operating room can significantly improve the satisfaction of pa-tients,upgrade the comprehensive quality of nurses so as to improve the nursing quality of operation room.
