目的:根据医院护工工作现状,探讨医院化管理在护工管理中的应用效果。方法:医院成立护工管理中心,实行“三统一”,对护工进行规范化岗前培训和在岗继续教育,借鉴“360度考核法”,由护理部、护工管理中心及病区护士长参与,对护工进行多层次、无缝隙质量控制,实施全面规范化管理。采用自行设计的一般情况调查问卷和满意度调查问卷于实施医院化管理模式前后进行比较分析。结果:实施医院化管理前后护工专业知识和技能考核合格率、患者和医护人员对护工的满意度及服务质量评价比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:对护工实施医院化管理规范了医院内部陪护行为,提高了护工服务质量和患者满意度,为探索护工管理模式,健全陪护管理体系提供依据。

Objective:To explore the application effect of hospital management model in the management of nurse attendants according to the current work status of nurse attendants. Methods:The hospital established management center of nurse attendants and provided stand-ardized pre - job training and In - service continuing education for nurse attendants,the "360 degree assessment method" was adopted to implement a comprehensive and standardized management. The self - designed general questionnaire and satisfaction questionnaire were used to carry out a comparative analysis of the results before and after the implementation of hospital management model in the management of nurse attendants. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the qualification rate in the assessment of the mastery of professional knowledge and skills of nurse attendants,the satisfaction of patients and medical staff and evaluation on their quality of service before and after the implementation of hospital management model(P < 0. 01). Conclusion:Application of hospital man-agement model in the management of nurse attendants has standardized the behavior of day care attendance in the hospital and improved the quality of nursing service of nurse attendants and patient satisfaction.
