目的：探讨集束化护理在会阴侧切术中的应用效果。方法：将行会阴侧切术的86例自然足月分娩产妇随机分为对照组和实验组各43例，对照组实施会阴侧切术常规护理；实验组在常规护理基础上采用集束化护理措施。比较两组产妇对护理服务满意度、切口愈合情况、疼痛程度和住院时间。结果：实验组产妇对护理服务满意度、切口恢复情况明显优于对照组，住院时间明显短于对照组，疼痛程度明显轻于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：集束化护理措施能有效降低会阴侧切术后产妇疼痛程度，改善产妇预后，提高产妇对护理服务满意度。
목적：탐토집속화호리재회음측절술중적응용효과。방법：장행회음측절술적86례자연족월분면산부수궤분위대조조화실험조각43례，대조조실시회음측절술상규호리；실험조재상규호리기출상채용집속화호리조시。비교량조산부대호리복무만의도、절구유합정황、동통정도화주원시간。결과：실험조산부대호리복무만의도、절구회복정황명현우우대조조，주원시간명현단우대조조，동통정도명현경우대조조，량조비교차이균유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론：집속화호리조시능유효강저회음측절술후산부동통정도，개선산부예후，제고산부대호리복무만의도。
Objective:To discuss the application effect of bundle of care in the lateral episiotomy. Methods:86 parturient who received lateral episiotomy in the full - term natural delivery were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group(43 parturient in each group). The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the bundle of care based on the routine one was implemented in the experimental group. The satisfaction rate of the parturient with nursing service,healing of wound,degree of pain and hospitalization days were compared between the two groups. Results:The satisfaction rate of the parturient with nursing service and healing of wound was significantly better,hospitalization days were fewer and the degree of pain was lighter in the experimental group than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0. 05). Conclusion:Implementation of the bundle of care can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of the parturient after lateral episiotomy and improve their prognosis and satisfaction with nursing service.
