目的：探讨快速康复外科护理在结直肠癌患者围术期中的应用方法及效果。方法：将90例胃肠外科行结直肠癌根治术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各45例，对照组给予结直肠癌手术常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予快速康复外科护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：两组患者护理满意度、并发症发生率及首次排气时间、首次排便时间、总费用、住院时间比较差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：快速康复外科护理能有效提高患者满意度，减少并发症，促进患者术后康复。
목적：탐토쾌속강복외과호리재결직장암환자위술기중적응용방법급효과。방법：장90례위장외과행결직장암근치술환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각45례，대조조급여결직장암수술상규호리，관찰조재차기출상급여쾌속강복외과호리，비교량조호리효과。결과：량조환자호리만의도、병발증발생솔급수차배기시간、수차배편시간、총비용、주원시간비교차이유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론：쾌속강복외과호리능유효제고환자만의도，감소병발증，촉진환자술후강복。
Objective:To explore the application method and effect of track surgery nursing in perioperative nursing care of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods:90 patients who underwent radical surgery for colorectal cancer were divided into the control group and the ob-servation group(45 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observa-tion group were provided fast track surgery nursing,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistical-ly significant differences in the comparison of the patientˊs satisfaction with nursing care,the incidence of complications,the first time of a-nal exhaust and defecation of the patients,the total cost and the hospitalization time between the two groups(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Ap-plication of fast track surgery can effectively improve patient satisfaction,reduce complications and promote postoperative rehabilitation of the patients.
