目的:探讨基于职业能力分析的《急救护理技术》项目化教学效果。方法:随机抽取2012级护理专业1个班67名护生作为观察组,另1个班68名护生作为对照组,对照组采用传统章节内容教学,观察组采用基于职业能力分析的项目化教学,比较两组教学效果。结果:观察组护生期末考试成绩优于对照组(P <0.01);观察组95.52%的护生对项目化教学满意。结论:基于职业能力分析的《急救护理技术》项目化教学可提高护生成绩及满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of the project teaching of first - aid nursing technology based on the occupational ability analysis. Methods:67 nursing students in one class of nursing speciality enrolled in 2012 were randomly selected and taken as the observa-tion group and other 68 nursing students of another class were taken as the control group. The traditional chapter teaching method was used in the control group and the project teaching based on the occupational ability analysis was adopted in the observation group,the teaching effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The final examination results of the nursing students in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P < 0. 01);the students(95. 52% )in the observation group were satisfied with the project teaching method. Conclusion:The project teaching of first - aid nursing technology based on the occupational ability analysis can improve the nursing studentsˊ achievement and satisfaction.
