将官产学研协同理论应用于节能服务领域,结合当今节能服务领域的特点,寻求节能服务和官产学研之间的利益共同点,提出构建有效的节能服务领域官产学研协同创新平台;通过分析协同创新平台的功能与框架,表明构建节能服务领域官产学研协同创新平台的可行性,阐述了官产学研协同创新平台的构建模型及运行机制,最终实现节能服务由孤立运行到官产学研合作运行的转变,为我国节能领域提供可参考的协同创新服务平台。

The paper applies coordination theory to energy-saving service field. Combined with the characteristics of the energy saving service,the paper seeks common interests between the energy services and government university industry, puts forward the government-university-industry collaborative innovation,and builds an effective government-university-industry collaborative innovation platform of energy-saving services. According to the analysis of the existing collabora-tive innovation at the present stage,the paper presents the feasibility of constructing innovative energy services platform based on collaborative and official production and research,discusses the convergence effect,production and energy-sav-ing service,and puts forward the construction model and the operation mechanism so as to achieve the transformation of en-ergy saving service from isolated operation to collaborative operation. The research result provides the reference of the col-laborative innovation service platform for China's energy field.
