对某市13栋高层办公楼进行用水问卷调查和现场测试，分析了高层办公楼的用水规律及影响因素，结果表明：建筑使用年限、流动办公人数、建筑层数、配水点水压以及器具选用对高层办公楼的水耗有较大的影响，在此基础上提出高层办公楼节水措施建议。

Based on water consumption investigation and test on 13 high-rise office buildings in a city. Influencing factors of high-rise office building water consumption were analyzed. Results shows that years of the building used,number of flex users,height of the building ,pressure on water distribution point,the selection of water apparatus will have an effect on water consumption. Some water saving measures are given to promote water saving of high-rise office building.
