目的:探讨联合检测 C 反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞(WBC)计数对小儿呼吸道感染的诊断意义。方法1305例急性呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,其中细菌感染患儿782例纳入细菌感染组,病毒感染523例纳入病毒感染组,同期483例体检健康儿童纳入对照组,采用免疫比浊法检测其 CRP 水平,血细胞分析仪检测其 WBC 数量。结果细菌感染组 CRP 浓度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),病毒感染组血清 CRP 浓度与对照组比较,差异无统计学意(P>0.05)。细菌感染组 WBC 计数明显高于对照组,病毒感染组 WBC 计数明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论联合检测 CRP 及 WBC 计数对小儿呼吸道病原体感染的鉴别和治疗具有重要意义。

목적:탐토연합검측 C 반응단백(CRP)급백세포(WBC)계수대소인호흡도감염적진단의의。방법1305례급성호흡도감염환인위연구대상,기중세균감염환인782례납입세균감염조,병독감염523례납입병독감염조,동기483례체검건강인동납입대조조,채용면역비탁법검측기 CRP 수평,혈세포분석의검측기 WBC 수량。결과세균감염조 CRP 농도명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),병독감염조혈청 CRP 농도여대조조비교,차이무통계학의(P>0.05)。세균감염조 WBC 계수명현고우대조조,병독감염조 WBC 계수명현저우대조조,차이균유통계학의(P<0.05)。결론연합검측 CRP 급 WBC 계수대소인호흡도병원체감염적감별화치료구유중요의의。
Objective To explore the value of combined detection of C reactive protein (CRP) and white blood cell(WBC)count in children with respiratory infections .Methods A total of 1 305 children with acute respiratory infection were selected as subjects , 782 children with bacteria infection were selected into bacteria infection group ,523 children with virus infection were selected into virus infection group ,meanwhile 483 healthy children were selected into control group .CRP level was detected by immune turbidi‐metric method ,the number of WBC was detected by blood cell analyzer .Results The CRP level in the bacterial infection group was obviously higher than that of control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) ,the CRP level in the virus infec‐tion group had no significant with that of the control group (P> 0 .05) .The number of WBC in the bacteria infection group was ob‐viously higher than that of the control group ,the number of WBC in the virus infection group was lower than that of the control group ,the differences were both statistically significant (P < 0 .05) .Conclusion The combined detection of CRP and WBC were significant to the identification and treatment of respiratory infections children .
