通过空间有限元分析软件ANSYS仿真分析,从体外预应力筋不同转角分析了肋式和块式转向块的受力特点,得到了随着预应力筋转角的增加,转向块竖向最大应力增加。根据模拟分析结果,对转向块的设计提出了一些切实可行的建议,研究结论可供类似结构参考。

This paper introduces the stress characteristics of rib-type and block-type deviators form the simulation analysis whose external pres-tressed tendons were designed at different angles,using three-dimensional finite element analysis software ANSYS,the results show that the verti-cal maximum stress of the deviator increases along with the increase of tendon angles. According to the results of simulation analysis,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions to the deviator design,and the conclusion of the study can be used for references for similar structures.
