以蔗糖代替甲醛与苯酚反应,与一般的蔗糖-苯酚树脂制备方法不同的是将反应的溶剂由水改为苯酚,制备出粘接性能与耐水性较好的环保型胶粘剂。在单因素实验基础上将树脂粘接强度作为考查指标,利用响应面优化法对树脂合成条件进行了优化。得到苯酚-蔗糖树脂胶粘剂合成的最佳工艺条件为:催化剂酸用量4.05%,聚合温度132.30℃,聚合时间82.0 min,酚糖质量比26.2/30。在此条件下理论预测产物的粘接强度最大,为0.90 MPa,且实验值与理论值基本相符。树脂耐水时间为390 min,具有较好的耐水性能。

In this paper, an environmental friendly phenol-sucrose resin adhesive was prepared using sucrose instead of formaldehyde in the non-aqueous phase condition and phenol was used as the reactant and solvent at the same time. Using bonding strength as an index the reaction conditions were investigated and optimized by the single factor experiments and response surface methodology(RSM). Finally ,the optimum conditions of reaction process were obtained:the reaction temperature was 132.30℃, the mass ratio of phenol and sucrose was 26:30, the reaction time was 82.0 min, and the catalyst amount was 4.05%. Under these conditions, the theoretical bonding strength of the product would be 0.90MPa. The resin adhesive had good water resistance and its water resistent time was 390 mins .
