介绍了夯实水泥土桩复合地基在洛阳某住宅小区的应用情况,通过对夯实水泥土桩单桩载荷试验及复合地基载荷试验的分析,说明地基处理基本成功,并对由载荷试验确定的复合地基承载力和由单桩承载力计算出的复合地基承载力进行了对比分析,得出了由计算所得承载力高于载荷试验所得承载力的结论,同时,对复合地基中施工中的一些注意事项进行说明。

This paper introduces engineering application of rammed soil-cement pile in a residential buildings in Luoyang,by analyze the results of loading tests of single rammed soil-cement pile and composite foundation,proved that this method of treating foundation is applicable. Bearing capacity of composite foundation obtained by loading tests and calculate were compared,results show that calculate values are higher than loading tests. Meantime,some key problems in the construction were analyze in the paper.
