介绍了喷射混凝土研究与应用现状，结合煤矿安全、地质学知识和经济效益等内容，从喷射混凝土外加剂、掺合料、喷浆工艺和喷浆机械四个方面进行了论述，提出用非金属矿物替代传统掺合料或外加剂的思路，对喷射混凝土技术的提升具有重要的现实意义。

This paper introduced the research and application situation of spray concrete,combining with the coal mine safety,geological knowl-edge and economic benefit and other contents,from the spray concrete additive,admixture,spraying technology and spraying machine four as-pects made discussion,put forward the ideas using nonmetal mineral substitution of traditional admixture or additive,had important practical sig-nificance for the enhancement of spray concrete technology.
