目的：研究肝硬化肝组织中幽门螺杆菌（H ．pylori）的感染情况，探讨其与肝硬化及肝硬化并发肝癌的关系。方法将乙型肝炎肝硬化、丙肝肝硬化、酒精性肝硬化、自身免疫性肝病肝硬化（包括自身免疫性肝炎、胆汁淤积性肝硬化及硬化性胆管炎）4个观察组各30例以及移植术健康供体肝脏、肝癌石蜡标本2个对照组各30例进行 H ．pylori 的免疫组化染色。结果30例肝癌标本中有18例（60％）观察到 H ．pylori 的存在，而肝硬化组中仅乙型肝炎肝硬化组3例及丙肝肝硬化组2例观察到 H ．pylori 的存在，正常肝组织中未观察到 H ．pylori 的存在。结论原发性肝癌组织中存在H ．pylori 感染率较高，病毒性肝炎肝硬化肝组织中有 H ．pylori 存在但感染率较低，酒精性肝硬化及自免肝肝硬化肝组织中无 H ．pylori 存在。
목적：연구간경화간조직중유문라간균（H ．pylori）적감염정황，탐토기여간경화급간경화병발간암적관계。방법장을형간염간경화、병간간경화、주정성간경화、자신면역성간병간경화（포괄자신면역성간염、담즙어적성간경화급경화성담관염）4개관찰조각30례이급이식술건강공체간장、간암석사표본2개대조조각30례진행 H ．pylori 적면역조화염색。결과30례간암표본중유18례（60％）관찰도 H ．pylori 적존재，이간경화조중부을형간염간경화조3례급병간간경화조2례관찰도 H ．pylori 적존재，정상간조직중미관찰도 H ．pylori 적존재。결론원발성간암조직중존재H ．pylori 감염솔교고，병독성간염간경화간조직중유 H ．pylori 존재단감염솔교저，주정성간경화급자면간간경화간조직중무 H ．pylori 존재。
Objective To investigate Helicobacter pylori (H .pylori,HP)infection in liver tissue,and explore its relationship with cirrhosis and cirrhosis complicated by hepatocarcinoma (HCC).Methods Four observation groups including hepatitis B cirrhosis, hepatitis C cirrhosis, alcoholic cirrhosis and autoimmune liver cirrhosis (including autoimmune hepatitis,cholestatic cirrhosis and sclerosing cholangitis),and 2 control groups including grafting healthy donor liver and paraffin specimens of HCC, were established. Thirty cases in each group were stained with immunohistochemical assay.Results Among 30 cases of HCC specimens,18 cases (60%)was observed to be infected with HP,while in cirrhosis group,only 3 cases of hepatitis B cirrhosis and 2 cases of hepatitis C cirrhosis were observed with HP infection.No HP infection was found in normal liver tissues.Conclusion There was a high rate of HP infection in primary liver cancer,while HP infection in viral hepatitis-related cirrhosis was at a low rate and no HP existed in tissues of alcoholic liver cirrhosis and autoimmune liver cirrhosis.
