目的：探讨同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）和胱抑素 C（Cys‐C）在脑血管疾病中的应用价值。方法选择2014年3～8月该院确诊的37例脑梗死患者、33例脑出血患者、30例高血压患者及33例体检健康者分别纳入脑梗死组、脑出血组、高血压组及对照组。脑梗死与脑出血患者70例，按照是否伴有高血压分为伴高血压组（51例）和不伴高血压组（19例）。检测血清中 Hcy 与 Cys‐C 浓度，并进行统计学分析。结果脑梗死组、脑出血组、高血压组以及对照组血清 Hcy 水平分别为（20．10±7．00）、（17．21±6．55）、（17．29±6．01）、（14．00±3．23）μmol／L ；血清 Cys‐C 水平分别为（1．29±0．49）、（1．31±0．42）、（1．26±0．39）、（1．00±0．21）mg／L 。经单因素方差分析显示，脑梗死组、脑出血组与对照组 Hcy 、Cys‐C 浓度差异均有统计学意义（F 值分别为4．47、6．18，P＜0．05），脑梗死组、脑出血组、高血压组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。脑梗死组、脑出血组与高血压组Hcy 、Cys‐C 水平差异无统计学意义（F值分别为0．10、2．20，P＞0．05）。伴高血压组与不伴高血压组 Hcy 、Cys‐C 水平比较差异有统计学意义（t 值分别为2．17、2．05，P＜0．05）。结论对于高血压及脑血管疾病患者，早期检测 Hcy 与 Cys‐C 对实施个体化防治措施有重要的意义。
목적：탐토동형반광안산（Hcy）화광억소 C（Cys‐C）재뇌혈관질병중적응용개치。방법선택2014년3～8월해원학진적37례뇌경사환자、33례뇌출혈환자、30례고혈압환자급33례체검건강자분별납입뇌경사조、뇌출혈조、고혈압조급대조조。뇌경사여뇌출혈환자70례，안조시부반유고혈압분위반고혈압조（51례）화불반고혈압조（19례）。검측혈청중 Hcy 여 Cys‐C 농도，병진행통계학분석。결과뇌경사조、뇌출혈조、고혈압조이급대조조혈청 Hcy 수평분별위（20．10±7．00）、（17．21±6．55）、（17．29±6．01）、（14．00±3．23）μmol／L ；혈청 Cys‐C 수평분별위（1．29±0．49）、（1．31±0．42）、（1．26±0．39）、（1．00±0．21）mg／L 。경단인소방차분석현시，뇌경사조、뇌출혈조여대조조 Hcy 、Cys‐C 농도차이균유통계학의의（F 치분별위4．47、6．18，P＜0．05），뇌경사조、뇌출혈조、고혈압조명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。뇌경사조、뇌출혈조여고혈압조Hcy 、Cys‐C 수평차이무통계학의의（F치분별위0．10、2．20，P＞0．05）。반고혈압조여불반고혈압조 Hcy 、Cys‐C 수평비교차이유통계학의의（t 치분별위2．17、2．05，P＜0．05）。결론대우고혈압급뇌혈관질병환자，조기검측 Hcy 여 Cys‐C 대실시개체화방치조시유중요적의의。
Objective To explore the values of homocysteine(Hcy)and cystatin C (Cys‐C) for diagnosing cerebral vascular dis‐ease .Methods A total of 37 patients with cerebral infarction ,33 patients with cerebral hemorrhage ,30 patients with hypertension and 33 healthy persons were selected in cerebral infarction group ,cerebral hemorrhage group ,hypertension group and control group from March to August 2014 .Seventy patients in the cerebral infarction group and cerebral hemorrhage group were divided into group with hypertension (51 cases) and group without hypertension group (19 cases) .Serum levels of Hcy and Cys‐C were meas‐ured in three groups and analyzed .Results Serum levels of Hcy in cerebral infarction ,cerebral hemorrhage ,hypertension and con‐trol group were(20 .10 ± 7 .00) ,(17 .21 ± 6 .55) ,(17 .29 ± 6 .01) ,(14 .00 ± 3 .23)μmol/L respectively .Serum levels of Cys‐C were (1 .29 ± 0 .49) ,(1 .31 ± 0 .42) ,(1 .26 ± 0 .39) ,(1 .00 ± 0 .21)mg/L respectively .One‐way ANOVA showed significant differences among cerebral infarction ,cerebral hemorrhage and control group(F= 4 .47 and 6 .18 ,P< 0 .05) .Serum levels of Hcy and Cys‐C in the cerebral infarction group ,cerebral hemorrhage group ,hypertension group were significant higher than that of the control group . Serum levels of Hcy and Cys‐C between cerebral infarction group ,cerebral hemorrhage group and hypertension group showed no difference(F= 0 .10 and 2 .20 ,P > 0 .05) .Serum levels of Hcy and Cys‐C had no difference between group with hypertension and group without hypertension (t= 2 .17 and 2 .05 ,P< 0 .05) .Conclusion It is important to detect Hcy and Cys‐C for patient with hy‐pertension or cerebral vascular disease early .
