目的：：观察加长股骨近端抗旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗股骨粗隆间合并同侧股骨干骨折患者的临床疗效。方法：对股骨粗隆间合并同侧股骨干骨折患者23例，均应用加长 PFNA 行内固定手术治疗，所有患者均随访7~19个月，平均14月，评价其临床效果。结果：所有患者均获得骨性愈合，愈合时间12~23周。疗效依照 Harris 标准评估，优10例，良10例，可3例，优良率87.0％。结论：应用加长 PFNA 治疗股骨粗隆间合并同侧股骨干骨折获得良好临床疗效，是一种理想的治疗方法。
목적：：관찰가장고골근단항선수내정(PFNA)치료고골조륭간합병동측고골간골절환자적림상료효。방법：대고골조륭간합병동측고골간골절환자23례，균응용가장 PFNA 행내고정수술치료，소유환자균수방7~19개월，평균14월，평개기림상효과。결과：소유환자균획득골성유합，유합시간12~23주。료효의조 Harris 표준평고，우10례，량10례，가3례，우량솔87.0％。결론：응용가장 PFNA 치료고골조륭간합병동측고골간골절획득량호림상료효，시일충이상적치료방법。
Objective: To observe clinical effect of femoral shaft fractures combined with Intertrochanteric Fracture treated by Lengthened proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA). Methods: 23 patients with femoral shaft fractures combined with intertrochan-teric fracture were treated with Lengthened PFNA in our departments. A follow-up of 7 ~ 19 months was done in the 23 patients, the average of 14 months. The clinical effects were evaluated. Results: All patient got bone union, and the mean period for healing of fem-oral fractures was 12 ~ 23weeks. In accordance with criteria for assessing the efficacy of Harris, it was excellent in 10 cases, good in 10 cases, and OK in 3 cases with a good rate of 87. 0% . Conclusions: Lengthened PFNA has a good clinical effect in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures combined with intertrochanteric fracture.
