针对三维分数阶积分去噪后,三维数据对比度较低的缺点,提出一种基于三维分数阶微积分去噪增强的重构算法,综合运用三维分数阶微分和三维分数阶积分。用三维分数阶积分去噪,利用三维分数阶微分增强对比度较低的三维数据,重构出更多的细节纹理信息。实验结果表明,该算法在去除噪声的同时可很好地保持细节纹理信息,去噪增强效果显著,应用性强,可高效重构高精度的三维图像边缘曲面。
針對三維分數階積分去譟後,三維數據對比度較低的缺點,提齣一種基于三維分數階微積分去譟增彊的重構算法,綜閤運用三維分數階微分和三維分數階積分。用三維分數階積分去譟,利用三維分數階微分增彊對比度較低的三維數據,重構齣更多的細節紋理信息。實驗結果錶明,該算法在去除譟聲的同時可很好地保持細節紋理信息,去譟增彊效果顯著,應用性彊,可高效重構高精度的三維圖像邊緣麯麵。

A denoised enhancement extraction algorithm of 3D boundary surface based on the 3D fractional differential and inte‐gral was described .Firstly ,the 3D fractional differential was applied to denoise the 3D boundary surfaces ,and then the 3D frac‐tional differential was used to enhance the 3D boundary surfaces .Finally ,the 3D boundary surfaces were detected by using Laplacian operator and tracking method .The proposed algorithm overcame the low contrast problem of the denoised images by using the traditional denoised methods ,and the 3D boundary surfaces of high accuracy (sub‐voxel) were obtained .Results of ex‐periments on biomedical images show that the proposed method is successful in automatic extraction of boundary surfaces of 3D images ,as well as in denoising and enhancement .
