当前土地定级工作中常常忽略了阻隔因素对定级结果的影响，本文运用ARCGIS的可视性分析功能建立山水阻隔模型。通过实证分析阻隔定级模型与直线定级模型存在明显的差异，阻隔定级模型能更好的反映定级单元与定级中心的作用关系，较直线模型更有优势。

Abstracts:Recently,the land grading work often overlook the impact of the barrier factors on land grading results,this paper apply the Visibility Analysis of ARCGIS to established a new Landscape Barrier model of Land Grading.Taking the commercial land grading of Chongqing as example.The empirical results show that there are obvious differences in grading between the Barrier model and the Straight-line model,the Barrier model could reflect the effect relationship from the Grading Factors to the Grading unit more than the Straight-line model.
