目的：对麝香保心丸在冠心病心绞痛疾病治疗中的临床应用效果进行探讨。方法选取2014年1月～2015年1月我院所接收的72例冠心病心绞痛患者作为观察对象，按就诊先后顺序将其分成观察组与对照组，对照组予以常规西药治疗，在此基础上，观察组患者予以麝香保心丸治疗，然后观察比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率、心绞痛发作频率及持续时间等均优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对冠心病心绞痛患者采取麝香保心丸进行治疗，疗效明显。
목적：대사향보심환재관심병심교통질병치료중적림상응용효과진행탐토。방법선취2014년1월～2015년1월아원소접수적72례관심병심교통환자작위관찰대상，안취진선후순서장기분성관찰조여대조조，대조조여이상규서약치료，재차기출상，관찰조환자여이사향보심환치료，연후관찰비교2조환자적치료효과。결과관찰조환자적총유효솔、심교통발작빈솔급지속시간등균우우대조조환자，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론대관심병심교통환자채취사향보심환진행치료，료효명현。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pil in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 72 cases of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were selected from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital received as an object of observation, according to the order of treatment wil be divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given routine western medicine. Shexiang Baoxin Pil was added to the observation group. Compared the effects between two groups. Results The total efficiency of observation group,angina attack frequency and duration were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pil has obvious curative effect to coronary heart disease with angina pectori.
