针对北方播种玉米的垄作区内存在一些不适合全机械化播种机工作的特殊地块,设计了一种脚踏式播种机,核心部件是摆动前推机构。根据不同垄宽和株距,设计了由摆动前推杠杆和限位槽组成的摆动前推机构;通过分析摆动前推机构的运动特点,建立空间笛卡尔坐标系,求解摆动前推杠杆两端点的相对坐标,确定杠杆长度和限位槽关键结构参数。田间试验表明:在垄株距分别为350mm×270mm、380mm×300mm 和400mm×330mm时,垄距误差因脚踏式播种机结构的对称性及播种机支撑装置与垄形状的相似性而相互抵消,株距误差分别为7.44%、5.13%和1.91%。脚踏式玉米播种机摆动前推机构的设计满足了农艺要求,可为便携式脚踏播种机的设计提供参考。
針對北方播種玉米的壟作區內存在一些不適閤全機械化播種機工作的特殊地塊,設計瞭一種腳踏式播種機,覈心部件是襬動前推機構。根據不同壟寬和株距,設計瞭由襬動前推槓桿和限位槽組成的襬動前推機構;通過分析襬動前推機構的運動特點,建立空間笛卡爾坐標繫,求解襬動前推槓桿兩耑點的相對坐標,確定槓桿長度和限位槽關鍵結構參數。田間試驗錶明:在壟株距分彆為350mm×270mm、380mm×300mm 和400mm×330mm時,壟距誤差因腳踏式播種機結構的對稱性及播種機支撐裝置與壟形狀的相似性而相互牴消,株距誤差分彆為7.44%、5.13%和1.91%。腳踏式玉米播種機襬動前推機構的設計滿足瞭農藝要求,可為便攜式腳踏播種機的設計提供參攷。

To solve the problems of the North Ridge sowing maize area exists in some not suitable for mechanized sowing machine work of the special region, a stampede-style maize seeder was designed.The critical part of the seeder is the Swing pushing device, which affects the operation performance of the whole machine.The key structure parameters were conformed through analyzing its moving characters.The result of field tests showed that in row spacing and plant spacing was respectively 350mm×270mm、380mm×300mm and 400mm×330mm, and plant spacing error were 7.44%,5.13%and 1 .91%,Row distance error were negligible.The design on Swing pushing device of stampede-style maize seeder satisfied the agronomic requirements.The new design and the theoretical analysis method in this research can provide a reference for design and application of seeder .
