目的:通过对西药门诊处方用药的合理性分析,了解药物的具体应用情况,促进临床上的合理用药。方法随机选取2014年3月~2015年2月本院西药门诊的处方1880例作为研究对象,根据相关参考文献将其分为合理处方和不合理处方,观察所有处方中不合格处方的数量和所占比例,并统计不合格处方的类型情况和不合格处方所占科室的分布情况。结果1880例处方中不合格的处方共有101例,不合格率为5.37%。不合格处方类型中用法用量不准确的数量最多,不合格处方科室分布中内科数量最多。结论医院应该定期开展临床培训,增强医生的合理用药技能,提高其综合素质,并明确监管部门职能,加大监管力度,合理安排工作时间等,以达到提高处方的准确性和合理性的目的。

Objective To understand the specific application of drugs through the analysis of rationality of drugs in outpatient prescriptions. To promote the rational use of drugs in clinical. Methods 1 880 cases of prescriptions were randomly selected as the object of this study from March 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital. The prescriptions were divided into rational prescription and irrational prescription according to the relevant references. The number and proportion of unqualified prescriptions were observed in al prescriptions. Distributed situation of unqualified prescriptions in department was observed. Results There were 101 cases of unqualified prescriptions in the 1880 cases of prescriptions. The rate was 5.37%. The number of inaccurate sage and dosage was the most in unqualified prescriptions. The number of unqualified prescriptions of department of internal medicine was the most. Conclusion The hospital should regularly carry out clinical training in order to enhance the skil s of doctors and improve their comprehensive quality. And the functions of regulatory should be defined. The supervision should be strengthened and the time of work should be arranged reasonably so that can improve the accuracy and rationality of the prescription.
