目的：分析糖尿病合并甲亢辅助治疗中使用美托洛尔疗效。方法选择42例就诊于我院的糖尿病合并甲亢患者，使用美托洛尔治疗。治疗后观察两组患者的血糖及临床症状及体征变化情况。结果治疗后血糖水平较治疗前显著改善（P<0.05）；治疗后患者的体重下降、食欲亢进、高代谢综合征、甲状腺肿大等情况均较治疗前显著改善（P<0.05）。结论使用美托洛尔对糖尿病合并甲亢进行治疗后，患者的血糖水平改善，甲亢及糖尿病的一些症状及体征也较治疗前有所改善。
목적：분석당뇨병합병갑항보조치료중사용미탁락이료효。방법선택42례취진우아원적당뇨병합병갑항환자，사용미탁락이치료。치료후관찰량조환자적혈당급림상증상급체정변화정황。결과치료후혈당수평교치료전현저개선（P<0.05）；치료후환자적체중하강、식욕항진、고대사종합정、갑상선종대등정황균교치료전현저개선（P<0.05）。결론사용미탁락이대당뇨병합병갑항진행치료후，환자적혈당수평개선，갑항급당뇨병적일사증상급체정야교치료전유소개선。
Objective To analyze effect of the adjuvant treatment of metoprololin the treatment of diabetes mel itus combined with hyperthyroidism. Methods Selected 42 cases in our hospital of diabetes mel ituscombined with hyperthyroidism. The patients were treated with of metoprolol. To observe the changes of blood glucose and clinical symptoms and signs after treatmentin the two groups of patients. Results After treatment,the blood glucose level was significantly improved than before(P<0.05). After treatment,weight loss,appetite hyperactive,metabolic syndrome,thyroid enlargement of patientwas significantly improved than before(P<0.05). Conclusion After treat with metoprolol,the level of blood glucose of patients is significantly improved. Some of the symptoms and signs of hyperthyroidism and diabetes are also significantly improved.
