Flip classroom as emerging education concept and teaching mode,provides a personalized teaching platform for teachers. This series of role con-version needs the following methods to realize for the teachers to change the education idea,improve the information technology ac-complishment and learn for a lifetime as well as the equal dialogue between the teachers and students.
