目的：探讨用康复新液联合TDP照射治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法：对2009年6月～2013年6月期间我院内分泌科收治的60例糖尿病足患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这60例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各有30例患者。对对照组患者进行常规清创治疗，在此基础上，对观察组患者使用康复新液联合TDP照射进行治疗。然后，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患者，二者相比差异具有显著性（P<0.05）。结论：用康复新液联合TDP照射治疗糖尿病足的效果显著，可缩短患者创面愈合的时间。此疗法值得在临床上推广使用。
목적：탐토용강복신액연합TDP조사치료당뇨병족적림상효과。방법：대2009년6월～2013년6월기간아원내분비과수치적60례당뇨병족환자적림상자료진행회고성연구。장저60례환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조，매조각유30례환자。대대조조환자진행상규청창치료，재차기출상，대관찰조환자사용강복신액연합TDP조사진행치료。연후，비교량조환자적치료효과。결과：관찰조환자치료적총유효솔명현고우대조조환자，이자상비차이구유현저성（P<0.05）。결론：용강복신액연합TDP조사치료당뇨병족적효과현저，가축단환자창면유합적시간。차요법치득재림상상추엄사용。
objective: to study the new rehabilitation fluid with TDP irradiation treatment the clinical curative effect of diabetic foot. Methods: 60 cases of diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases and control group with conventional anti-infective treatment and wound dressing, the treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment with new fluid treatment with TDP irradiation treatment, rehabilitation observing two groups of patients recovery within three weeks. Results: the total effective rate in treatment group is significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: the rehabilitation new liquid with TDP irradiation treatment of diabetic foot can significantly promote the growth of granulation tissue, and wound healing fast, shorten hospitalization time, reduce the patients’ economic burden, worthy of clinical application.
