本文阐述了采用压力钢管蜗壳取水方式作为发电机—变压器组技术供水系统主用水源在实际运行中存在的问题,提出了处理措施和防止堵塞的解决办法。结合对相关问题的探讨,介绍了蜗壳取水口拦污栅改造和供排水管正反向倒换冲洗排污等新技术,其具有很强的实用性和很好的应用价值,值得广泛推广应用于类似水电站。

This paper mainly analyzes the problems of the technical water supply from the volute in different hydropower sta-tions,the problems are solved by several ways in the article.Combined with the discussion of the relative problems,two tech-nological transformations are recommended in this paper.One is to apply a specially designed trash inclosure to replace the ex-isting net-type transhrack at water intake in the volutes,the other one is to apply the forward and reverse switching optimiza-tion for the technical water supply system.The new technologies are with higher practical value and can be popularized for sim-ilar hydropower stations.
