目的：探讨复方米非司酮终止早期妊娠的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的100例想要终止早期妊娠患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用米非司酮治疗，治疗组采用复方米非司酮治疗，对比两组患者的流产情况、阴道出血时间和孕囊排出时间。结果治疗组患者的流产情况、阴道出血时间和孕囊排出时间优于对照组，两组结果对比差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论复方米非司酮对于终止早期妊娠患者有良好的临床效果，可缩短患者孕囊排出时间，改善患者的身体恢复情况。

목적：탐토복방미비사동종지조기임신적림상료효。방법선취아원수치적100례상요종지조기임신환자，장기수궤분위치료조화대조조，대조조채용미비사동치료，치료조채용복방미비사동치료，대비량조환자적유산정황、음도출혈시간화잉낭배출시간。결과치료조환자적유산정황、음도출혈시간화잉낭배출시간우우대조조，량조결과대비차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론복방미비사동대우종지조기임신환자유량호적림상효과，가축단환자잉낭배출시간，개선환자적신체회복정황。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of compound mifepristone for terminating early pregnancy. Methods Col ected 100 patients in our hospital who wanted to terminate early pregnancy. These patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,control group were treated with mifepristone treatment and the treatment group were treated with compound mifepristone treatment. Abortion,vaginal bleeding time and the time of gestational sac discharge were compared of two groups. Results Abortion,vaginal bleeding time and the time of gestational sac discharge of treatment group patients was significantly better than that of control group. The result had significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone compound has a good clinical effect on termination of early pregnancy patients. It can shorten the time of gestational sac discharge and improve the patient's physical conditions.
